Shipping costs

All amounts include VAT. For the €40 threshold, what counts is the product amount after any discount, excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs are shown before you complete your order.

Processing your order

Do you order and pay before 18:00 on a working day, and are the products in stock? Then we hand your order over to the carrier on the same working day. Orders placed from 18:00, at the weekend or on a Dutch public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Expected delivery time

Netherlands: usually 2–3 working days after your order.
Belgium, Germany and France: usually 3–5 working days after your order.

These times apply to paid orders for products that are in stock, placed before 18:00 on a working day. If you order later, processing starts on the next working day. If a different delivery time applies, we state it on the product or let you know as soon as possible. The delivery times given are expected times; if there is a delay, we will help you with a solution. Your statutory rights continue to apply.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Check your delivery address before you complete your order. Spotted a mistake? Then contact us as soon as possible.

Not received or damaged

Has your parcel not arrived, or is something damaged? Email info@atomiqfuel.com with your order number. We are your point of contact and will look into it with the carrier. The risk of delivery remains with us until you, or a person designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the parcel.
